Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material contained in JKJ-NOW infringes your copyright, you should notify us of your copyright infringement claim. JKJ-NOW will process notices of alleged infringement which it receives and will take appropriate action.

Forum Use

NO SPAM - No spam means no advertising and no duplicate posting over and over, in any form whatsoever on the forums. The ONLY place advertising is allowed is in your signature, which may be accessed in your control panel ~or~ the weblinks sections, which is located at the top of the forum. No signature larger than (w)500 x (h)300) is allowed and you can only have 2 signatures. If you have more than 2, then you will be warned.

Administration/Moderators reserve the right to edit or delete posts.

No pornographic contents. This includes posts, signatures, links, pm's and avatars.

Respect other members and their personal views and opinions. Refrain from actions within the forum that are contradictory to those points. No hatred of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, sexism, gay bashing, religious intolerance, continuous negative behavior that would reduce or impede other member's positive experiences, flaming, trolling, deliberately attacking or trying to start a flame war among members or any other type of derogatory stance/comments on this forum. We want to make JKJ-NOW Forums the best it can be and also to make sure that everyone is respected and treated in a kind manner.

The admin and moderators decisions on the forum are final and are not subject to appeal. Do not make your warning an issue on the board. If you have something to say regarding your warning you may pm an Administrator for possible further review at our discretion.

Keep yourself safe, by not giving out personal information to others. If you choose to do so, JKJ-NOW is not responsible in any way for your decision to do so. Do not add other people's real names, addresses or phone numbers or any other personal information they would not normally disclose in their own posts or any area that may be publicly viewed. Do not share accounts or tell other people your passwords. Do not post other members PM's or IM's on JKJ-NOW without their consent.
Rule of thumb: If you wouldn't tell it to a stranger in the street then it probably shouldn't be told here.

PM's (personal messages) may be monitored by the forum Administrators and the contents may be read to assure that forum members are being kept safe and that the rules are being followed. If something is not appropriate on the Forum, it is probably not appropriate in PM either. This includes, but is not limited to bullying a member through PM or sending a PM to perpetuate a disagreement or argument rather than constructively trying to resolve an issue. Do not block Staff from sending you PM's.

Posts made by members are the property of the registered member making that post. Photographs or images posted in this forum are presumed to be owned by the registered member, unless otherwise disclosed by the poster. No altering of any posted images is permitted without the express permission of the 'owner' of the image. JKJ-NOW does not take any responsibility, legal or otherwise, for what is posted by individual posters. Posts/Pictures/Images, upon suspension, banned status or deletion of anyone's membership will not be deleted upon request.

Banned, suspended, de-registered or deleted members waive any and all rights to post on this website under any membership. If staff determines a banned person is attempting to access, re-register or post under another Member's name or an existing Member tries to post for the banned member then that account will be banned. Any account/membership used by a banned member will be instantly and permanently banned.

If someone posts something which is inappropriate or breaks any of our rules listed here, we ask that you click the "report" button above that post which will then be forwarded to the forum's Administration, who will take a look at it and take necessary action. Do not take the matter into your own hands, as this may result in you receiving a warning also.
